Everything you need to know before buying Windows, Doors or a Conservatory

PVC Foils

To achieve the effect of wooden windows with PVC they use a process called foiling.  This involved a laminate applied the outside or both the inside and outside of a length of PVC profile before it is cut down and turned in to windows.

What colours are available

There are various wood effect and colored foils available. such as

  • Rosewood
  • Mahogany
  • Oak

The above are standard foils available from most manufactures and installers

  • Black
  • Gray
  • Wood grain White
  • Green
  • Irish Oak
  • Rustic Oak
  • Soft Cherry
