31st October 2010  The relatively new Double Glazing & Conservatory Ombudsman scheme adds another layer of protection for the consumer.  It vets all new member and all existing members on an ongoing basis.  For more information or to find a local installed visit http://www.dgcos.org.uk/   2nd July 2010 Certass launch the new thermal rating register as a method for window fabricators  and installers to comply with the new changes to Document L coming in September. This is direct competition to FENSA and the BFRC   7th May 2010 The new Document L has been approved and will become law as from the 1st October 2010.
